As Sales Manager for the Chinatti Realty Group, the one thing that I love most about this team is that for our agents, the client always come first. Similarly, our agents will always come first for us. We strive to help develop our team each and every day in a way that both facilitates growth for each of them, both personally and professionally, and helps them to bring that extra professionalism and knowledge to their clients.

I have always had an enormous passion for developing others, solving problems and conveying positivity into people’s lives. This approach helps people realize their potential by allowing them to develop the skills to analyze a situation and come up with a solution to the problem at hand. Throughout my career I have been a sales rep, and a leader of sales reps in numerous industries to include fitness, construction, medical device sales and now real estate.

It is because of these experiences that I can appreciate the types of stress that sales people encounter on a daily basis. I am able to relate, understand, and most importantly, to assist in developing and executing an action plan to remedy any obstacle. This allows them to be in the best position to advise their clients of solutions that are in their best interest.
